  1. If you plan to use the room’s technical capabilities (built-in computer, monitors, etc) please let a college staff member know and ask for assistance.
  2. At the close of your event, return rooms to their original state – ex. previous table/chair configurations, turning off lights, etc.
  3. If you utilized a room that permits food and beverage and you served food, please wipe down all surfaces and take out the trash. Large trash bags that do not fit in regular receptacles can be placed in the dumpster behind our building in the POST building parking lot.
  4. Be sure to keep track of time and vacate the room at the end of your reserved time, as other classes or meetings might be scheduled immediately afterward.
