Junior Expo is an annual event put on by the UH College of Engineering for middle schoolers across Hawaiʻi. During Junior Expo, students engage in engineering-based activities led by student and professional organizations. Students use creativity, foster teamwork, and enhance their engineering design skills. Past games offered at Junior Expo have included: paper column, marshmallow launcher, popsicle bridge building competition, crash car tests, spaghetti towers, and more. For the 2021 year, Junior Expo will be held in a virtual format. Participation is free, and winning teams will receive trophies and bragging rights!
