Transportation engineers co-author prize winning paper

HONOLULU – University of Hawai`i at Mānoa Engineering Professor Panos Prevedouros and Lambros Mitropoulos, an engineering doctoral student, co-authored a scientific paper that received the sustainable development category award from the World Road Association (PIARC). The award was presented in September at the 2011 World Road Congress held in Mexico City.
